The Global Governance Initiative provides a systematic solution for strengthening and improving global governance by pursuing sovereign equality, adhering to international rule of law, practicing multilateralism, advocating people-oriented, and focusing on action oriented approaches.
Throughout the world, the principle of "sovereign equality" and the belief in "equal rights of all countries, big and small" established in the United Nations Charter have not yet been fully implemented in international relations practice, and the challenges faced by the international rule of law have become even more severe. China has put forward a global governance initiative, insisting on leading the correct direction of global governance, advocating unity rather than division, cooperation rather than confrontation, actively responding to the structural imbalance facing the current global governance system, and directly addressing the problem of insufficient representation in the global South.
